  • Buying Parts from GM-Auto-Parts.com in Alberta!

has anyone ever bought GM Parts from GM-Auto-Parts.com, living in Canada (ALberta here) . . . . I'm wondering if I did....is the shipping costs high? and do you usually get put thru the ringer at the border? I dont see the point in buying from across the border if it wont end up being cheaper at all in the end. lol THAnks Canada!

I've bought through paceparts.com and they were pretty good. Better prices than you'll get at the dealer for sure. They used USPS so the brokerage was reasonable.

I just buy my parts from a buddy who's a parts guy at one of the dealer's. Get my parts at employee cost, plus no shipping BS.

If things work out I may be able to get GM parts for about 40% off of list in the future. It all depends on how things go at work.

I searched for 08 g6 radio and even the part number but came up with nothing.

I've never used ebay though so I'm probably doing it wrong =P
