GM Cat back exhaust system (Performance Parts)

Just got this months "tuners performance report" magazine they had a 32 pages about the GM Ecotec engine for tuners. Can anyone confirmed that GM Peformances part 17802111 is this for the Solstice or for the 2.4 G6?

that is the performance cat back for the cobalt gm performance doesn't have a cat back for the g6

It lists only as a muffler on gmpartsdirct.com...... So its prob universal. and it lists at an unbelivable price or 427.19! Think a speed shop can do ALOT better price for you on a muffler and some exhaust work on top of that for 427.19 lol

I dont know then, cuz I went to gmpartsdirect.com and like I said above it only listed as a universal muffler, but for 427.19, it could very well be a mistake on the web site cuz thats alot for a muffler!

It is a Corsa cat-back system for the Cobalt SS. GM offers Corsa systems for several GM vehicles under GM Performance Parts.

don't underestimate the cost of factory mufflers. The GTO's muffler w/tailpipe MSRPs at $563! And that's only one side!
