  • Window vent install problem

Ok, so I got my window vents friday and i put them in. The front went in no problem. However, the back ones on the one endge there was no adhesive and its interfering with my window going up because that corner isnt sticking close to the window seal. Im thinking about putting a dab of super glue on it in order to correct this. Any other ideas? Or will the super glue do the trick

just go to like auto zone or advance auto or whatever is around you and buy some of the 3M double sided trim tape.

What he said. And that stuf is cheap. The super glue will mess up whatever you stick it to.

any auto part store should carry double sided 3m adhesive tape, if not home depot, walmart, or lowes carries it too just have to trim it down.

Yeah you can get that stuff anywhere basically. Don't use super glue.

they are in track....but they're from Vent Visor, the front went in no problem...im thinking about just popping the damn corner out and putting the 2 sided tape the inside so the problem corner will be on the outside of thw window on the seal...but not real sure how it will look...i dont wanna be driving around with a ghetto ass looking G6

No prob. It might help us get a better idea of the problem.

its just pissing me off, cuz i followed the directions and its no workin, its just the back end that the window keeps catching on the way..i put the 2 sided tape on it but nothing, like i said i am thinking about just popping out and having the troubled end stick on the outside with some 2 sided tape...its very aggrivating when you want your stuff to work right but it doesnt

So it's the back on both sides right? Trying to picture a solution.
