Need PCM expert!

I have a few questions on PCMs... first off, do they work like a normal PC where you can program whatever you want onto them? Does anyone know what language they are programmed in? Has anyone mapped one out to know where on the PCM controls what function? I'm mainly interested in the area where the car stores the driver profile.

I don't want to mess with the settings that Vector can control, I want to alter the things the car learns over time, the car's memory of the driver. I realize that pulling the battery cable will do that, but I would like more control than that. Is this stored somewhere aside from the PCM?
