I hate that I can't turn on my dome light with a switch. Has anybody messed with this? Maybe a dome light from another car.

I have a switch... maybe a coupe thing? It has three settings: Off always, On with doors open/ remote unlock, and On all the time.
Its on the dome light itself just in case you might be looking elsewhere.'06 GTP w/ 3 pedals -

Pano roof owners don't have dome light control. My dad's is the same way.

I'm sure you could easily make a switch for it. Run it through your headliner down the d/s pillar and put a switch down there somwhere.Blue Man Group
