Can you add XM radio to the factory radio?

This is probably a really dumb question but I was just curious if you can add XM to a factory G6 radio.

hhmmmmmm......seems like I have seen this question before.

I saw your post on wanting to get a G6. Just get one with XM.
I did and LOVE IT!!!
