  • Cleaning Foggy Headlights

What is the best way to clean foggy headlights? Ever since I bought my G6 the Right headlight has been very slightly foggy. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this, or if I could even get my warranty to cover it?

Possibly but they would probably just make it worse. Try some plastic polish, that should fix it right up.

mine are very dull but you can't really tell when the lights are on so I don't really worry about it too much.

I've used Meguiar's Plastx on my old car. Haven't had to use it on this car but I'm fairly sure it would do the job.

                  Plastic polish?

Where do you get that? I've never seen it in the automotive section of Canadian Tire.

You should be able to get Meguiars Plastx at Canadian Tire... they have it over here. Check their webpage and see if it's available at a local store with their stock checker thingie.

                      stock checker thingie.. nice..

I'll look into it.. the local store is full of untrained monkeys though.. even if it shows on their website, the monkeys have no idea where they've put it.

Yeah one time when I didn't know where they kept their waxes I asked what isle they kept the automotive wax, the kid asked me if I meant paraffin wax.

At least with this stuff I've always seen it tucked into the auto detailing section, so that shouldn't be an issue. Unless they completely screwed that store over.

For canning and shit, that kid was a retard. I said that isn't what I was looking for, and he replied 'well that's what I use, works awesome' I had to leave immediately cause he was making me dumber just standing near him.

                              ^ that's great.

And Crappy Tire does carry Plastx, so does Walmart, shouldn't be hard to find at all.
