How hard is it to get that air box off for CAI

just wondering its a some what nice day here today gonna go out & take it off just wondering how hard it is to do & i dont have my CAI yet but is it a big deal to no have it on there till i get it ??

I am sure i have to take tire off to get at it & fender wall cover in wheel well do i need to tak out head light to do it ?
