Long Story Short When I Bought My Gtp The Agreement Was That They Pay The Taxes. They Havent And Dont Seem To Want To. So I Might Just Return It And Buy One Local. Too Bad For Them. Im Going To Contact The Loan Co And Make Sure They Know what The Deal Is. But The Taxes Are 1800 Bucks. That Was The Deal Breaker For Me. I Have The Deal Sheet Stating What I Agreed To.

I Have Found My replacement If I Have To Replace The 6er. How Does A Gp Gxp Sound? I Havefound one With 10k On It For 26k. Ill Get Them Down A Lil More. I Really Dont Want To Get Rid Of The 6 But I Might Not Have Much Of A Choice. 1700 bucks Out Of Pocket Just Doesnt Sound Fun. That Kind Of Money Could Go Twards A Tune Tires And Still Have Plenty Left To Play With. Heads Maybe. But I Could Turn her Back Over And Find Another Toy. One With A Better Aftermarket. Maybe A Civic. Jk. I Would Have To Whoop My Own Ass. 6 Cylenders Or Better. Any Other Cars Out There That are Worth A Shit For Around 30 Or Less. And No Stangs Thank You.

I Dont have Much Of A Choice On The Exhaust. Unless Someone Will Meet Me near Denver. Ill Pull The Intake And Gauges And Depending On what I Get I Might Slang Em Off To Someone. I Have A Buddy That has An 06 Gtp so He Might Take Em Off My Hands.

I don't know how it is in Texas, but I'm willing to bet that you won't be able to just turn it in. They'll refuse to take it back. You're probably going to have to go to court on it.

Id say that if you can't get the car returned to 100% stock, they won't take it back. Anytime you return something, it has to be in the exact condition that it was purchased (except for lemon laws). Go talk with them first about paying the taxes. However you don't want to get in a legal battle...trust me, they can afford better lawyers than you can.

you may be able to switch your gt-r with someone with a gtp, and some people on here are bound to have a gtp exhaust if they replaced it with the gt-r

Well They Gave In. I Have To Get The Info And Have The Tax Office Fax Them A Note With The Exact Taxes. Then They Will Send Me A Check To Pay The Taxes. The Exhaust And Intake Was Part Of The Deal. I Swaped The Mods From The red 6er And That Was In Writing Too. I Have An Extra Stock Intake Anyways. But All Is Well Now.
