Okay,
Here's one for ya.
Took my vert into have the top noises silenced per the TSB. Figured I get an oil change and have the tires rotated since I was there. They asked if I was waiting or would I need a shuttle some where. My question to them was how long to wait? Two adn half, maybe three hours, he says with a smile. I'll wait. 15 minutes later I see my car leave the lot, it's gone about 20 minutes. 30 minutes later the service manager walks up and introduces himself and says that they are unable to find the trim on the top that had come lose. I show him and the mechanic. They say they still need to complete the rotation and the oil change. 30 minutes later they are all done. $56.00 please. Yeah the rotation and change were a bit much. Now for the part you all know is coming...

They got everything fixed that I asked in less than the time they thought.
