Dash brightness/Foglight/Adjustable foot pedal assembly?

Does anyone know the part # for this piece?? I tried to mount something in there an it didnt go so well. I dont have the adjustable foot pedals.

I need the empty piece that fills in the spot where the adjustable pedals should be, and I need the ring that holds them all in there.
