Niagara Falls 2007 Meet--Success

Not sure if this is the right area but a bunch of us from Ontario want to have a meet in Niagara Falls this summer - trying to gage the interest and see when would be a good time. Seems to be tonnes of us from this general area both in Canada and the States so post here and let us know so we can arrange it!

We had a little meet there last summer/fall. Alot of people backed out towards the end, but we still had a good time. I made a vacation out of it

I'm all for a meet at Niagara sometime this summer.

I'd suggest some time in August at this point, as it sometimes takes people that long to get time off of work.

Hmmm hows the weekend of August 4 &/or 5 for peeps? Saturday and or Sunday --- Kristie -what time do you get off work Saturday? if we all drove Sat night and or Sunday morning? or both and stayed over....
Tonicipriani that work for you? it's before the 7th.... pretty hard making it doable for all...but man it would be a blast...especially if we could get a convoy going from Toronto to Niagara - shiver ( hey I must have no life if I find this exciting hmm hehe)

Prime, I drove the 6 1/2 hours that it took me to get to Harrisburg to meet with Kyle, Kyle, John and others. We had a great time.

And since you've never been to the Falls, you can make quite an adventure out of it.

If we meet on Sunday, I could probably take Saturday off, start up early, see the sights, and stay the night til Sunday.

Or obviously some sort of Saturday/Sunday weekend thing.

Getting alot of interest for the Niagara Falls meet from both Canada and USA - again we just have to decide a date.

People who would like to go to the meet post dates that are good - it will have to be a weekend as that is when most are available...I had mentioned the Aug.4-5 weekend.

Ok - a group of us from the Toronto GTA are doing a convoy down to Niagara Falls...we are gathering a few more from the site that live around Niagara and meeting up there on Saturday Aug 11 - time to be posted later.

Any American's that wish to join our group are totally welcomed and in fact encouraged to meet up with us - check out the posting in the Canada forum on the meet Aug.11-12 Canadian side and add yourself to our list if you want to meet up - once finalized we will post a meeting spot and some of can exchange cell #'s in case there is anyone lost at the time - we can then Convoy around Niagara - someone will have a video cam to get it down for history - sound kewl? Come join us - will be doing a group dinner at a restaurant/pub - again still to be decided then we can figure out what else.
