  • Upgrading Suspension and Brakes

    I have had about enough of these stock suspension and brakes. I want to upgrade to after market ones. Does anyone recommend which brand? Is it true there is a law that protects you from having your warranty voided if any outside work is done to the car? If and only if the parts are better than the stock.

        Do you know of any brands that would fall under the Act? Does the doctor speed performance parts fall under it as well?

            Grab some Powerslot rotors and some good semi-metallic or ceramic pads, like Hawk or Raybestos. That will solve the crappy stock brake problem.

                Good luck proving better then stock. No aftermarket tests even 1/1000 of how much OEMs test. No brand of aftermarket parts are truely allowed, unless they are sold through a dealership and even then they would probably only be warrantied only at that one dealership.

                The Magnuson act works as long as you can afford to go to court for a couple years too.
