  • How to remove...

In the endless almost daily war against F#$@#ing idiots, I now have more scratches, dings, dents and chips than I can keep track of. The car is like 3-4 weeks old now.

SO, how do I remove (off the new dent on my door) the white mark left from the door hitting me? It appears to be just on the clear coat. I have Nu Finish Scratch Doctor and Scratch X, will that work?

you could try a very light polish and try rubbing it out, also a clay bar might do it. Those damn clay bars are little playdoh miracles!!

Rubbing compound, then rubbing polish. After that wash the car and clay bar it a couple of times, not too many or you will remove the clear coat altogether. This is the best you will be able to do without professional help

Yea, I would try a plain ole wax buff before you start getting complicated.

Use scratch X and work it in really good, about 3 applications.

Wax won't remove it unless it's a cleaner wax, even then it won't do as good as a job as scratch x or something of that line.
