if I were you i would replace it with one of those aftermarket pads that keeps all of your stuff from moving around, i got one from best buy for like 4 bucks and stuck it ontop the stock one (not that you need it)

how about the piece directly above that? It's like a small plastic panel...I broke a clip on mine when installing a switch there a while back and might want to order a new one.-Mike #1
