these were made with Bosh E-46 bi-xenon projectors, and BMW E-46 chrome shrouds. when i received the BMW chrome shrouds, the chrome was very thin and rubbing off. so i sent them off to get re chromed along with the custom ABS plastic bezels i made. you can see the before and after pictures of the chroming....
these were not fun at all. the customer had sent me extreamly dirty lights that had one broken mounting tab, and both aiming rods on the back of the two were broken. so i had to jimmy up a way to have him able to aim them. what i did was i cut off the back of the gear and dremeled a slot into it so you can still aim it with a screwdriver LOL. primitive, but it works! LOL
