Hey guys,

I just bought my 07 G6 GT Coupe. Looking for any venders with the best upgrades for this car. I was driving a 400+HP Chrysler 300C heavily modified. Looking to get some more horses while customizing the looks of this car. I'm in Rochester NY!

We don't have any bolt-on power adders... Just simple things like motor mounts, a grounding kit, and a CAI. Engine internals and other major mods will have to be custom made.

So no tune or pulley kit? No headers or exhaust kits? How about heat soak? Low temp tstat?

You can't hook up a tuner and tune it but theres a couple vendors (white auto and media/vector) that sell tuned pcm's. obx makes headers but some people have had problems with them, magna flow and obx make catbacks but magna flow has poor reviews and obx seems to be sold out. theres always custom. Racinglineperformance.com sells Motor mount inserts, a strut tower bar, and a grounding strap kit. BMDperformance.com sells stainless steel brake cables and front adjustable end links. thats pretty much it for standard bolt on mods

Thanks for the heads up bro. Looks like I will consider just making the appearance better. Wondering about the ram air hood. Any after market places for a hood or ground effects? would the ram air hood fit in my coupe?

theres a company called MPD that makes a functional ram air hood. mpd1.com and I'm not positive but i think the coupe has the same hood as sedan so it should fit. email them and ask! and AIT racing makes a body kit for the coupe that looks pretty nice, i think another company does too but I'm not sure. check around the appearance forum and see if you can find anything

The mpd hood is the way to go. It is the top notch hood over any other. I want one so bad!
