Outer tie rods?

Anyone have any idea what the torque should be on the outer tie rods bolts for an 07 G6?

Haynes Repair Manual says:

Tie-rod end to steering knuckle nut

Step 1 Tighten to 18 FT-lbs.
Step 2 Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
