  • Throttle Body Removal

    Hey All,
I was just snooping around my engine bay the other day, when i noticed that my throttle body was all gunked up and dirty inside. I tried to clean it as best as possible while it was attached, but i would really like to take it off the car and clean it out.
Anyone has instructions on how to detach the TB?
    Much appreciated

    Re: Throttle Body Removal

    -Remove intake piping
    -Unplug sensor harness
-Unscrew 4 screws holding throttle body to intake manifold
    -Voila

Thank You for the directions. Great help.
I see in the picture between the manifold and the TB there is a gasket or a spacer.
Will that have to be replaced at re assembly?
