im thinking about buying to W3's this week, what amp should i get that would power it well but aint to expensive

JBL Power Series, very nice line or Power Acoustik since you can't match them for value and they are nice amps as well.

Which W3's are you getting? 10, 12...?
You can easily do it for less than $300. That's what is so great about the W3, for one thing it's cheap and doesn't need a lot of power. And not to mention is has a great compromise between SPL and SQ.Comment

Yeah even the W6 are expensive, but those W7 are like
in both price and performance. Although they are cheaper than others in that same league.

well which w3's are you getting. w3v2 or w3v3? That right there will narrow the choices down from me. The v3 is single vc and the v2 is dual. If you get the v3 you will need an amp that gets its optimum rms at 2 ohms. if you get the v3 then you need either 1 or 4 ohm. If you go with JL for the amp the 500/1 is strong as hell and a great amp all around. It will work with either v3 or v2. It is 500 rms from 1.5 - 4 ohms. Crown series from JBL is nice but really high in price. I have bought MANY things off ebay and never got screwed over on the deal. Well, other then the PS3 that is in limbo right now.
