Should I consider spray painting my chipped bumpers??

I have a 06 G6 GTP. The bumpers are chipped. The front are little chips from rocks and the rear paint the size of my palm are missing/chipped off. I thank city parking for this. Are there instructions out there that could walk me through the process of spray painting my bumpers with paint that allows flexing?

I have the same problem with chipped paint, but I really wouldn't spray paint it myself. It will look horrible trust me. I did it on a very old car of mine but it was a junker anyway so I didn't care. But on an 06 take it to a shop to get fixed and then put a bra on it. Please please please don't spray paint it.
