Clear Coat Issue

I was at the dealership asking about the front bumper of my car and the spots where it appears the clearcoat has chipped away. He said that happens, usually by powerwashers and is not covered by the GM warrenty. I was seeing touch up clear coat online, was wondering if anyone has found one that works well for this issue, or has another solution besides having the whole front bumper re sprayed .

I'm having a similar problem with my car between the roof and the drivers door, I would just take it to a body shop and have them check it out. Since it's only clear coat they wouldn't charg.e you as much as repainting. That's what i'm going to do eventually
