Do I just pour it down into the gas tank on a full tank?

Follow the directions, pour the 44k into a tank up to 20 gallons. We use BG at our shop. The 44k can be used seperately but I would suggest taking your car to a shop that sells the complete system clean. An injection flush is done using special equipment, there is also a chemical they use to clean the gunk out of your intake system, and finally the 44k in the tank. You won't be disappointed with the results. I tried it on my 98 grand am that wouldn't get better than 20 mgp highway. After the system clean it averaged 25.3 and certainly had a lot more pickup to it. I am not saying you will get an additional 5 mpg, my grand am had 162k and I am sure it was never serviced, but you will notice a difference.
