  • Pontiac dart under the hood...

    I just noticed today the nice Pontiac dart in the insulation under the hood. I wonder if anything can be done to it to make it red?

        Hell dude just spray paint it... then maybe put a coat of clear on it afterwards

          It's recessed in the insulation. I don't know if that would look good?!? (Spraying the insulation)

            yeah i havent looked at it in a while, didnt know what type of insulation it was... hmmm...

                  Mask it off.. high temp engine enamel paint will stick as the underhood "mat" isn't exactly "fabric". I've sprayed under hood linings before.. I think I might do that, thanks for the idea...lol.

                              Let me know how it works... I don't kow how I missed it either. OH! and it's nice to know we have NO light under the hood. Just noticed that when I ran to take the pic. I had to take like 4 cause I couldn't see a damn thing. Anyone want to figure out how to make one? (Under hood light)
