i seen the how to on taking the door apart but i found this theses on ebay

when you take the panel off there is a plastic ring like the one you found around the speaker with a bolt at the top and bottom. take them out and the whole thing comes out. then you have to pry the speaker lose from it... its glued on.

hold on a minute..would those help to reduce the vibration and rattle coming from the speakers??

I guess there is a possibility but It might not being that it's just more plastic in there to move around.
