Interior door panel scratch

Hey guys, I have a pretty good scratch on the inside door panel and it is annoying and ugly. How should I go about fixing that?

Put a nice G6P or Pontiac sticker over it I hear you can get significant gains with those too!!

Is it like a gouge in the plastic or just a scrape from something like your shoe? I had a scrape that I couldn't figure out why it wasn't wiping off, but Armor All fixed it.

I was hoping there would be some sort of interior fill in paint or cover up or something. It is just a scratch not a gauge. It is brand new and a new door panel would be excessive, its in great shape other than the scratch.

i've noticed that I scratch the same place in my door almost every time I get out of the car quickly without paying attention to how I swing my legs out. I use cleaner on teh scratches and some come out but it's getting worse. Thought about replacing the inner door panel but I can imagine its going to continue to happen because of the coupe doors and not being able to always open enough to not kick it in tight spots.
