aftermarket intake filter whistle noise!

I cant stand it any more! I bought a AEM dry flow filter and makes a whistle at only certian RPM ... what the heck... help!

to me it sounds like you gotta air leek... meaning its not tight enough on and air is coming in but a little bit going out or visa versa... try seeing if if the filter is look or the clamps... thats a good possibility

ive tightend it so much....after it heats up also... its so annoying

I installed my AEM Dry-Flow back in April or May and mine has never made a whistle sound of any kind. It only makes a kickass sound when you put the throttle to the floor, but that's supposed to happen.

I have the same AEM and it just sounds deep and addictive!!! :smoke:
