My 2007 G6 and it's first injury

Ugh, well, I went to my basement to take some updated photos of my G6 and found my first, and not small injury to my baby... I know exactly when it happened, but I didn't think it hit the hood, just my windshield... GRRRR!!! I've only had it a freaking week

Anyway, any ideas on what to do w/ that, they look deep...

I think it was a rock kicked up by a grain truck on a rural road I take to work... I almost followed the guy when it hit, but I was running late for work and didn't think it hit the paint...

I gotta get a job closer to home.

Is that just a scuff, or is it through the paint. If it isn't deep then it'll polish right out, hard to tell from the pic.

I'm guessing a rock?

Definitely through the paint... I couldn't tell in my garage if it was down to metal or not.

If you can catch your fingernail in it, it's pretty much hooped unless you go the wetsanding route. I know the feeling though, when I got a chip to the metal on my door. The paint on these cars suck.
