Washer Fluid Nozzle / Tee

Need a part number for replacement washer fluid nozzle on the driver side, as well as the "tee" connector that it plugs into under the hood where on one side the fluid comes in and the other side it goes out to the passenger nozzle.

My T broke so i rigged it with duct tape.

My nozzle broke off inside the tee and right now it's superglued but I don't think that's gonna hold up once the weather gets cold.

the only way to get the tee is to get the whole hose assembly. The part # is 15225545, and the nozzle is 15247800
