wiring schematic for reverse lights

I'm going to wire up my auto-dim mirror soon and I'd like to wire up the 'reverse dim inhibit' feature so that it works exactly as it's supposed to. I seem to recall a thread about the reverse light wiring being along the driver side door sill but can't find the thread now. Can anybody post a schematic of this circuit so I can locate the right wire? Also, I'm sure there is a wire in there for the retained accessory power too, and I'd like to use that to power my mirror/compass.

Thank you for getting these. I don't want to sound ungrateful, but can you get some higher resolution scans? I'm unable to read the text on them at normal size and it gets rather blurry when I zoom in. Scan 6 is the one I'm most interested in.

looks like the only wire for the system that would run along the door sill would be the one from the BCM to the rear fuse block. not sure if that is what you were looking for or not.

Jakeman: It's no problem, not an urgent thing.

Bristol: Thanks for posting that scan. And yes the wire from the BCM that activates the reverse light relay should work perfectly. It will 'un-dim' the mirror any time the car is put into reverse, just as intended. And the mirror is not going to draw any significant current that would interfere with the BCM.
