Since headers are a no go for this year me and v6h.o are going to rebuilt the down pipe with some 2 inch pipe and bring it into a proper collector. It should be in in the next week or 2 i'll post pics.

I know my old car I first got the dual exhaust it helped alot but the final touch was taking that restrictive manifolds off and going to headers, so modding yours should be a noticable pick up.2006 G6 GTP: Traded

We're going to finnish the downpipe today, i'll post pics up when i'm done.
When we where planing what we where going to do we took the Frount bank downpipe and cat off the manifold and found this.
Look at how small that damn opening is, the Cat's opening is about the size of the area coverd in suit. So one day this week we're going to open that up a bit. This just goes to show that headers wi'll go a long way!2009 Panther Black G8 GT
