    G6 GXP wont make final year aperance

    The G6 GXP will join the grave yard with several other GM performance trims, also with the G8..... No final 2010 model year run. There wil be a G6 but 3.5L V6 will be the most powerfull vechile you can buy with the G6 badge.

    Do they even really sell? I've only seen one in person.

      ive only seen 2...

      mostly GT's, and V6's


      Mods: 30% tint front, 18% tint rear, custom eyelids, custom painted rocker panels, custom painted side/wing mirrors, GXP front bumper/fascia, eibach pro kit springs, 17" black/machined face liquid metal venoms, interior CF kit, K&N typhoon intake, Flashtech HID's 6000K lows, 10,000K fogs, Xenon 8500k highs.

      Other ride: 07 Q7 for now

        My guess is no (why else quit making it?). I've only seen two others on the road aside from my own, and I know one of them was a rental. I'm not disappointed though. Only being made for the 2008-2009 model years and not having many out there means I have a unique car . That is one of the reasons I love my car as much as I do.

            LOL .. so is an Aztek ..... /me puts on flame suit ... there is a reason they're scrapping it .. while I think they can look damn nice if done right (no hammerhead , GXP hood, blacked out grills and lose the ugly wheels) it seems the public at large and the automotive press are asking what the designers were thinking ?

              In addition to the discontinuation of the STS-V and a host of SS-badged Chevrolets, the Pontiac lineup loses its highest-power G6 for 2010, the last year in existence for the lame-duck brand.

                      performance is going away at GM. Sure we will have the corvette and camaro but that will be it.

                      Impala SS is dead for 2010, Cobalt SS is dead for 2010, Malibu SS been dead for awhile with no plans to bring it back, the entire pontiac lineup is dead for 2010.

                      but hey, we can have fun driving the volt and XFE versions of cars/trucks right?

                      theres no market for performance sedans anyway's right, its not like dodge is still making the V8 powered charger, and fords just about to introduce the Taurus SHO.
