Key Lock Glove Box ??

Does anyone know of, seen, know where to get, a replacement Glove Box Latch, that will key lock? Having a convertible, and leaving the top down, albeit for a short time, a lock box would be useful.

Havent seen anything and don't think there is just a replacement latch.You willhave to do some modification to get waht you want. That is pretty domb that they didn't think about that for the verts. Good luck.

Yes, the trunk open button is on the door, so I just tried it with the car locked with the key fob. The trunk will open, and the alarm goes off.
Also, interesting, with the car key fob locked, the lock buttons can be lifted up to unlock the door(s), and nothing happens until the door is opened, then the alarm goes off (I guess that is what I expected).

I still wand a lock box.

I'd say a .357 Mag would do the trick... especially with some hollow point mag rounds...yeah-- that'll tear a man in half

I've got a Glock .45 at home as well... but damn, I still prefer the .357
