Thought about pulling the fuse a long time ago but was wondering which side of the fuse is the module on? hot side or cold side?
If it's on the hot side, it'll still be working, but all the functions in the mirror wont be working and you won't know if the system is still working on the hot side of the fuse if that's where the module is.
          Get My Drift?
I'd rather just pull the module out of the system entirely.

            Re: Onstar module removal

honestly if you pull the ONSTAR fuse in the inside fuse box itll kill power to the module and shut it down and it will no longer work.
if you have an autodimming rear view mirror it will still work since it is powered seperatly

            BUT

if you realy want to just go straight to the module its on the passenger side behind the glove box. all you have to do is lower teh glove box all the way down adn you should see it
