  • Replace body push pins

This isnt really that big of a deal however i prefer to remove my bumper when removing my headlights and since they have to be removed just to replace the bulbs i was wondering if i could swap out the annoying hard to remove push pins with the easier ones. I just wanted to ask to make sure there isnt a reason why they use the ones they use.

So basically id like to replace these push pins

    With these ones

You can replace the rivets with push pins, but they won't have as secure of a hold as the rivets.

Do you know there is a special tool for removing those that makes it really easy?

This is the one I usually use. TBH with the tool they're a breeze.

I love the push pins myself. I would suggest them. You know what else I would suggest? Sleep is what I suggest , but at least for me right now. I finished what I was doing so now I'm off to bed and you all got an opinion. Enjoy both and good night.
