Wiper motor hums but wipers don't turn, any ideas? Also, I can't get the wiper arms off the stud so I can look under the cover. Any idea here?

It could be the pin that allows the wiper arm to rotate with the motor

Okay. I finally got the thing apart. Where the arm connects to the motor there is some type of fitting that holds it together and the fitting is worn. I'm not sure which part I have to replace so I'm biting the bullet and bringing it to the dealer. Thanks for your suggestion.
