Has anyone added the GM Part number 17802566 Windscreen? I have found three different sites to purchase it from and the price ranges from $336 to $420.
If so, is it worth the price and where did you get yours?

If its the same part. you can get it from GM Parts Direct for $279.30 CLICKY
Great info on GM Parts Direct, $279 is a better price.

GM Parts Direct usually has great prices but will make up a good bit of it with their shipping charges. Still probably cheaper overall.
As for the windscreen I don't see the need for it but I guess it's personal preference![]()

The windscreen is very helpful as it helps keep the wind from blowing my wife's hair back in her face. When it is just me (very short hair) I keep it folded flat.
GM Parts Direct is the best place to purchase.

That is what I needed to know. My wife likes the car but has issue with the hair blowing thing, thanks for the information.

She will still need to keep some of those hair things in the car to help hold it back. The windscreen doesn't stop it, but it helps.

hey how does that thing mount into the car?
Remember if "the" and "and" are spelled right its not a genuine Ahuhn post
Dear God, please send clothes to all those poor ladies in Daddy's computer. Amen.

The windscreen has springloaded pins on each side that fit in holes on the inside panels of the rear passenger compartment. In addition to the vertical panel, there is also a horizontal panel that covers the rear seats. There is a 3" extensions at the rear corners of the horizontal panel that fit along the outside edge of the rear seats. Pops in and out with ease. It folds flat and then again in half and slides easily into the included zip close cover for easy storage in the trunk.

Too bad you can't rock a rollbar with that.
